My Approach
You are a complex human, and your story has both mountain top moments as well as valley experiences — I feel honored to support you through the nuances of both. Together, we'll explore your story to find meaning, understanding, and pursue wholeness. I will support you in building awareness of the patterns and cycles that keep you stuck, as well as build empathy for why those patterns happen.
I use attachment-based and trauma-informed methods to provide the right support for each client, with my main approach being founded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). My passion is nurturing healthy relationships; my approach to therapy helps my clients build secure relationships with those they love and a more secure sense of themselves.
I hold a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary. I also spent two additional post-graduate years at Denver Family Institute, gaining further training in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate in the state of Colorado.
